![]() ![]() I was very confused with the different adapters and how the Roland would work. ![]() With the P-105, the aforementioned iConnectMidi device is the only one which will help the OP. ![]() Unlike Casio, Yamaha boards are typically not class-compliant otherwise a Kenton USB-Host or perhaps a Keith McMillan Expander might work. This warning deserves to be repeated in big, bold letters:Ī USB-MIDI interface like the Roland Um-One will NOT let you connect a keyboard with USB port to one with 5-pin MIDI.Īnd the shape of the connector - square or rectangle - is hardly the all-important deciding factor here ( ) - when you can get an adaptor for $1.43 - klonk here. The GHS is identical to the MOX and P-95, there are not different production runs or versions of the same GHS. The P-105 requires a USB A-B cable to connect to a computer. The only interface that works to connect to another midi keyboard is the aforementioned iconnectivity. It's for connecting a midi keyboard that doesn't have USB to a computer. ![]() Yea, that Roland interface is not gonna work with the P-105. ![]()
